Dyeing
We collaborate with dyeing mills that utilize modern technology and adhere to strict quality standards. These mills employ environmentally friendly dyeing processes and use high-quality dyes according to the industry standard.
Printing
Our printing capabilities encompass a wide range of techniques to meet diverse customer needs. For smaller runs and custom designs, our table printing partners offer flexibility and precision. When high-resolution images and complex designs are required, our digital printing partners provide superior detail and color accuracy. For large-scale production, our rotary printing partners ensure speed and consistency. Importantly, all our printing partners operate in fully compliant factories, adhering to stringent environmental and safety standards.
Weaving
Our weaving operations include 20 state-of-the-art rapier looms, comprising both our own equipment and those of our trusted partners. These looms are capable of producing high-quality fabrics with intricate designs. We also specialize in both dobby and jacquard designs, allowing us to create a diverse range of textures and patterns. Our advanced looms ensure precision and consistency in every weave, meeting the highest industry standards.
Cutting
Our cutting department is equipped with advanced roller knife cutting machines, straight knife machines and shears. The roller knife & straight knife cutting machines provide precision and speed, ideal for high-volume production, while the shears offer flexibility for custom cuts and smaller batches.
Sewing
We operate 50 Juki modern lockstitch machines, renowned for their durability and high-quality stitching. These machines are designed for efficiency and precision, ensuring a flawless finish on all our products. We also have 5 overlock machines, which are essential for finishing seams and preventing fraying. These machines enhance the durability and professional appearance of our textiles, making them ideal for both domestic and international markets. Other than these we also have a button sewing machine.
Filling & Vacuuming
Through our network of partnered factories, we can produce up to 5,000 pieces daily. Our facilities are equipped with advanced filling and vacuuming technology, which allows us to meet large orders efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our filling process includes precision machinery that ensures even distribution and optimal fill levels, while our vacuuming systems guarantee compact packaging for efficient shipping and storage.
Finishing & Packing
Despite our size, we have adopted a systematic Lean management system to streamline our operations. This approach helps us eliminate waste and minimize non-value-added activities by continuously improving and simplifying each production flow. Through these efforts, we ensure efficient and high-quality finishing and packing processes.
